Your journey to healing starts here

Welcome to Texas Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and understanding space where individuals, couples, and families can explore challenges, foster growth, and build stronger connections. Let's embark on this path together.

My inspiration and qualifications

Welcome! My name is Mackenzie Leath. My passion for helping others navigate life's complexities led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, followed by a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) through Capella University. I am now a licensed marriage and family therapy associate, supervised by Nicole Vargas, PHD, LMFT-S. I am so excited to continue to offer therapy to help others! Marriage and Family Therapy is a systemic approach that focuses on improving relationships and resolving issues within a family system in couples, family, or individual sessions. I look forward to meeting new people and guiding them toward meaningful change.

A collaborative approach to wellness

My counseling style is rooted in warm , non-judgmental, and collaborative approach. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide compassionate guidance, insightful tools, and a safe space for you to discover your strengths and navigate your challenges. Together, we'll work towards the personal growth and relational harmony you seek, helping you feel truly heard and understood.

Who I help and what we explore

I offer online sessions for individuals (ages 8 & up), couples, and families across Texas. My practice is dedicated to helping clients overcome a wide range of personal and relational challenges. This includes family or couple conflict, significant life adjustments, household changes, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, and concerns related to pregnancy. Here, you'll feel truly supported and cared for in every session.
